These devices, often originating from China, are indistinguishable from the originals to the average user and are advertised for electrostatic measurements. These devices are particularly noticeable in this regard.

You know the problem… Dust, shavings, and lint are attracted to surfaces in your production area by electrostatic charges and adhere very strongly. Conventional wiping with cloths or simply blowing them off with compressed air guns only yields moderate results. After cleaning, the surfaces are even more statically charged than before and attract the dirt even more.
