These devices, often originating in China, are externally indistinguishable from the originals to the average user and are advertised for electrostatic measurements. On these alternative sales websites, the measuring instruments stand out due to their very low price and usually bear the designation "China" or "Made in China." However, the original devices are manufactured by SIMCO in Japan. Tests have revealed that the devices sometimes have limited functionality, use inferior components, and produce measurement results that deviate from the actual values.
You have no warranty claim against Simco for such devices! Repairs cannot be carried out on these devices!
For devices purchased from Simco, each sale is assigned a unique serial number, allowing for traceability back to each customer. Naturally, we only sell original devices with warranty, directly from the manufacturer, SIMCO.
