Productive and effective

Cost efficiency

The use of compressed air is expensive due to its high energy consumption! Our fair product prices, combined with low operating costs and high power density, lead to rapid amortization.

handling

Easy maintenance

Our compressed air systems are generally robust and easy to install. Once installed, they are virtually maintenance-free and require no electrical connections. Occasional visual inspection and cleaning are perfectly sufficient.

Lower risks

Security

Compared to electrically powered solutions, compressed air poses a lower risk of fires or explosions. A further benefit: production problems and downtime are reduced, while product quality increases.

Frequently Asked Questions

Compressed air in your production

Only you can answer that. Your compressor manufacturer can tell you how to determine the costs from a hardware perspective, and your purchasing department or energy supplier can tell you how to determine them from an energy perspective. However, we are happy to help you save on (often immense) compressed air costs.

  • Leaks are a frequently cited problem. Compressed air losses that offer no benefit to your company.
  • Even worse – inefficient solutions in the processes. You'll hardly be able to save on air consumption by cylinders and other moving devices, but whenever compressed air is used for blowing off, cooling, moving parts by blowing, conveying, or wetting, you're falling into the trap. Your solution works – but with proper design, it could also work with, for example, only 10% of the current energy consumption.

That always depends on the specific application.
Experience shows that the motto "more is better" is often applied. Unfortunately, this is not always a good idea from an energetic point of view.

For example: Parts are cleaned using a standard blow gun. If the pressure is increased from 4 to 6 bar, the compressed air consumption increases proportionally to the pressure. This means that the consumption (cost) increases by 50 bar because the pressure is increased by 50 bar (from 4 to 6 bar).

Simplified example: If a compressed air gun consumes 200 l/min at 4 bar, it would consume approximately 300 l/min at 6 bar.

If the amount of moving air needs to be increased at the same pressure, some of our products are helpful.

Small detail, big impact: By using a different nozzle, in this example, with otherwise unchanged parameters, up to >700l/min can be moved instead of 200l/min by utilizing the Venturi effect.

  • If regularly checking for leaks is already part of your routine, then you've already taken the first step. But don't stop there. If leaks are found, don't just fix them, but consider how they can be prevented in the future – and implement these changes at that location and all similar ones.
  • Examine each compressed air-operated blowing, cooling, cleaning, and conveying device step by step, checking for potential improvements. Admittedly, this is initially a significant undertaking. However, this effort is a one-time expense – energy costs are a constant!

Jürgen Plotz

Whenever you have open topics regarding production, electrostatics, ionization, or compressed air and require support, he is the contact person you should ask.

His business card simply says: „Technical Sales“ - because...
„Customer-centric individual with a passion for listening and a point of contact for complex technical issues, possessing strong analytical problem-solving skills“... wouldn't quite fit.
