With the Blowflex IQ Easy SimcoION offers a modern solution for Targeted neutralization of electrostatic charges in production. The compact in-line ionization nozzle combines ionized air with compressed air to simultaneously clean surfaces and neutralize electrostatic charges.
This process generates an airflow containing ionized particles. These neutralize electrostatic charges on the surface of a product, preventing particles or dust from adhering to it. The airflow then blows away the particles, which are no longer bound.
