The Cleanflex Easy can be used for cleaning and neutralizing surfaces, profiles, and molded parts. With its 4-position locking mechanism, the Cleanflex Easy can be used as either a pistol grip or a rod-shaped pneumatic screwdriver, allowing for flexible application even in hard-to-reach areas of production. Thanks to its 24V connection, no high-voltage power is required.
Two sturdy metal eyelets allow for secure suspension, for example on a balancer.
The ergonomic handle with its large trigger area allows for fatigue-free operation.
Low air consumption, low noise levels, and excellent blowing characteristics ensure optimized blow-off. The nozzle design utilizes the effect of volume flow amplification for energy-efficient use of compressed air.
The optical function check on the pistol and the external fault message ensure safety (e.g., switching off the workplace in case of a fault on the pistol).
Ionization starts automatically when the trigger is pressed and an airflow is present. The ionization power adjusts to the air volume. The shock-resistant nozzle with its ring-shaped air outlet prevents accidents.
