Description
The air knife is made of extruded aluminum with integrated mounting grooves. The air is evenly distributed within the air tube and flows out of the outlet at high speed. The ion spray bar generates positive and negative ions, which are blown onto the surface by the air knife. The airflow is saturated by the positive and negative ions generated by the ion spray bar, effectively neutralizing static charge. This allows contaminants to be easily blown away.
air pressure sensor
Every Typhoon system comes with an air pressure sensor that measures the air pressure inside the air meter. If the pressure falls below the required value, the system will not operate optimally. A system check is then necessary; often, it turns out that the air filter needs cleaning.
High-voltage power supply A2A7M
Typhoon systems with EP-Sh-N ion spray rods are equipped with a high-voltage power supply unit type A2A7M. This unit includes an additional 12V power source for connecting the air pressure sensor.
