Dust problems with injection-molded parts – Production: Gray haze and massive dust particle infestation are a major problem, especially with visible parts such as displays, painted parts, lenses, headlight reflectors, etc. The problems are even greater in the food and medical sectors, as dust particles on injection-molded parts can also provide breeding grounds for germs. In the first few hours after the injection molding process, polymers outgas in increased amounts, and
