Description

Vortec A/C enclosure coolers come with a built-in mechanical thermostat. The temperature range is 27–32°C. No electrical connection or compressed air valve is required. The Vortec A/C model offers switchable continuous control cabinet ventilation of 84 liters per minute. It also features enhanced sound insulation (62 dBA). It is suitable for outdoor use. All models are UL listed and available in NEMA 12, NEMA 4, and NEMA 4X.

You only need compressed air to operate the A/C^TM – Systems!

They only need to drill a 48mm hole into the control cabinet housing!

Cold air intake and warm air outlet are ensured via this bore.

They experience no operational interruptions, as the systems are maintenance-free when using dry and filtered air!

Clean, cold air flows into the control cabinet housing at a slight overpressure (approx. 87 mbar), preventing dirt from entering. The warm air inside the cabinet is then released to the environment via a special valve design, also due to the overpressure. Overpressure can also be generated without cooling (4 mbar at 100 l/min).

The systems are weather and corrosion resistant.
