Description
Vortec spray nozzles produce ultra-fine droplets for evaporative cooling, atomization, humidification and wetting. They are superior to conventional hydraulic and piezoelectric nozzles and produce wide-ranging and precise spray patterns. The liquid jet is carried along by high-speed compressed air, creating a multitude of micrometer-sized spray droplets. This results in greater surface coverage than with conventional nozzles. By using the liquid more efficiently, spray nozzles accelerate the air-liquid interaction, thus providing more effective cooling, humidification, wetting and dust control.
