Description

The electric Vortex cooling systems are the most advanced product line of Vortec enclosure coolers. They feature an electric thermostat integrated into our popular, quiet Vortex cooling system design. The electric Vortex cooling system is another innovative and highly reliable compressed air product in the Vortec range. The integration of an electric thermostat eliminates all wiring, allowing for quick and easy installation.

– Very quiet operation, 62 dBA – 78% quieter than standard vortex tube chillers
– No wiring required, the cooling system only needs to be connected.
– Works at pressure levels of 40-150 psi, does not require a specific pressure
– Thermostatically controlled to maintain the desired temperature between 2°C-60°C (35°F and 140°F).
– Works in environments up to 80°C (175°F)
– Reduces operating costs through an electric thermostat that only switches the device on when needed.
– Multiple cooling capacities available to optimize performance and operating costs

You only need compressed air to operate the A/CTM – Systems!

They only need to drill a 48mm hole into the control cabinet housing!

Cold air intake and warm air outlet are ensured via this bore.

They experience no operational interruptions, as the systems are maintenance-free when using dry and filtered air!

Clean, cold air flows into the control cabinet housing at a slight overpressure (approx. 87 mbar), preventing dirt from entering. The warm air inside the cabinet is then released to the environment via a special valve design, also due to the overpressure. Overpressure can also be generated without cooling (4 mbar at 100 l/min).
