Description
A static charging system consists of a high-voltage generator, an electrode or applicator, and wiring. The high-voltage generator provides the high voltage required to generate a static charge, which can range from 3 to 60 kV. Charging electrodes or applicators are available in various shapes to achieve optimal results for each specific application. Size and shape vary to provide the best solution for every situation.
Static charging systems are used for various solutions;
- To join two materials
- To prevent air inclusions during production
- To optimize a production step
These robust charging rods are used in a wide variety of industrial applications. The slot on the back of the charging electrode allows for easy installation.
HDC charging rods They are equipped with a resistor to prevent failures in the machine control system in the event of an accidental spark discharge. The cable exit can be straight or at a right angle (90°).
