VORTEC AC Cooler A/CTM Control Cabinet and Panel Cooling System with Compressed Air

Description

The extremely quiet A/C^TM is the latest alternative to expensive control cabinet cooling systems.

The noise level of the A/C is just as low as that of conventional air coolers (approx. 62 dBA).^TM 93% lower than conventional VORTEC cabinet coolers.

Four models deliver 263, 439, 732 or 1465 watts of cooling power at a fraction of the cost of conventional control cabinet coolers.

The patented system already includes a thermostat to fix the enclosure temperature in the range between 27°C and 32°C and is suitable for use in NEMA Type 4 and 4X classified enclosures.^T.

You only need compressed air to operate the A/C^TM – Systems!

They only need to drill a 48mm hole into the control cabinet housing!

Cold air intake and warm air outlet are ensured via this bore.

They experience no operational interruptions, as the systems are maintenance-free when using dry and filtered air!

Clean, cold air flows into the control cabinet housing at a slight overpressure (approx. 87 mbar), preventing dirt from entering. The warm air inside the cabinet is then released to the environment via a special valve design, also due to the overpressure. Overpressure can also be generated without cooling (4 mbar at 100 l/min).

The systems are weather and corrosion resistant.
