Das Ger\u00e4t verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine vollst\u00e4ndig integrierte Hochspannungserzeugung und ben\u00f6tigt lediglich eine 24V DC-Versorgung. Das Geh\u00e4use ist kompakt, robust und wiegt nur 480 Gramm, was es perfekt f\u00fcr die Montage am Ende des Arms in IML-Pick- und Placehandling-Systemen macht. Es kann den hohen G-Kr\u00e4ften, die w\u00e4hrend des IML-Prozesses auftreten, problemlos standhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der CMM (IQ) Easy verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine einzigartige (patentierte) Cycle-OK-Funktion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein Signal wird aktiv, wenn die Label gen\u00fcgend elektrostatische Ladung angesammelt haben, um anzuzeigen, dass der statische Aufladevorgang abgeschlossen ist. Dieses Signal kann von der Maschinenschnittstelle verwendet werden, um zu entscheiden, ob der Ladevorgang beendet werden soll. Eine zweite Stufe im Zyklus, das OK-Signal, zeigt an, dass die Ladung am Greifer unter ein sicheres Niveau gesunken ist, so dass der Greifer aus der Form herausgefahren werden kann. Wenn der Ladezustand w\u00e4hrend des Ladevorgangs um mehr als 10 % vom Sollwert abweicht, wird das Cycle -OK-Signal nicht aktiviert und zeigt an, dass der Ladevorgang nicht erfolgreich war.
