Vortec nozzles are available in a range of designs, materials, sizes, and force\/thrust ratings to fit most installations; they can replace open copper tubing, flexible tubing, drilled tubing, and other nozzles not designed for air retention. Worker safety standards are also met, as Vortec safety air nozzles comply with OSHA 1910.242(b) Dead-End Pressure Guidelines.<\/p>\n

General:<\/strong>
\nVortec air nozzles offer a drastic reduction in compressed air consumption and noise compared to open nozzles.
\nTo achieve this, we employ the proven transvector amplification principle in our nozzles and jets. The result is an increase in airflow volume of up to 25 times the compressed air supply.
