Statische Aufladungen k\u00f6nnen Sie erkennen, wenn Sie sich einem Stapel oder einer Rolle n\u00e4hern oder wenn Sie Funken als Entladungseffekt sehen. Statische Aufladungen k\u00f6nnen in zahlreichen Abschnitten des Flexoprinting-Prozesses zu Problemen f\u00fchren.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sim4.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"437\" height=\"327\" src=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sim4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24692\" style=\"width:541px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sim4.png 437w, https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sim4-300x224.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 437px) 100vw, 437px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch das Entladen der Bahn direkt nach dem Abwickeln wird verhindert, dass eine statische Aufladung Staubpartikel aus der Umgebung anzieht und der Bediener beim Ann\u00e4hern an die Bahn Stromschl\u00e4ge erleidet.<br><br>Wenn das Material eine Corona-Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung passiert und eine massive statische Aufladung des Materials erzeugt wird, wird ein Entladeabschnitt (in Close Loop Feedback; CLFB) empfohlen. Oft wird der Druckbereich aufgrund der Verwendung von L\u00f6sungsmitteln als Ex-Bereich spezifiziert.<br>Statische Aufladungen auf dem Material k\u00f6nnen als m\u00f6gliche Z\u00fcndquelle wirken, die zu einem Brand f\u00fchren kann. Das Neutralisieren, bevor das Material die Drucktrommel ber\u00fchrt, erfolgt durch einen ATEX-zertifizierten Antistatikstab, z.B. den <a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/en\/product\/performax-iq-easy-ex-0270-0360-hochleistungsionisator\/\">Performax IQ Easy EX<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innerhalb des Druckbereichs l\u00e4uft das Material \u00fcber mehrere Walzen und die statische Aufladung wird neu erzeugt. Unmittelbar nach dem L\u00f6sen des Materials von der zentralen Trommel wird das Material erneut durch&nbsp; ATEX-zertifizierte Antistatikst\u00e4be neutralisiert. Die Verschmutzung der Ionisationsst\u00e4be ist ein Hauptproblem in der Ex-Druckumgebung, daher wird der Wirkungsgrad der von ATEX zugelassenen antistatischen St\u00e4be vom <a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/en\/product\/iq-manager\/\">Simco IQ Manager System<\/a> \u00fcberwacht. Wenn der Wirkungsgrad einen vordefinierten statischen Wert unterschreitet, warnt der IQ Manager den Bediener automatisch, dass es an der Zeit ist, die Ionisationsstangen zu reinigen.<br><br>Nach dem Druckbereich l\u00e4dt sich das Material im Trockner wieder auf. Dies verhindert auch m\u00f6gliche elektrische Schl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr den Bediener, der den Walzenwechsel durchf\u00fchrt. Ein weiterer Effekt, der durch Entladen des Materials verhindert werden kann, ist der Teleskopeffekt auf der Endrolle.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/en\/product\/sensorbar-iq-fuer-manager-iq\/\">Inline-Messungen<\/a> und Datenaufzeichnungen der statischen Ladungspegel w\u00e4hrend des Wickelns k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4tsberichterstattung verwendet werden. <a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/en\/simco-ion\/\">Das IQ Manager System<\/a> kann \u00fcber eine Feldbusverbindung direkt an die SPS der Flexodruckmaschine angeschlossen werden. Eine Alarmfunktion warnt den Bediener, falls die statische Aufladung eine gef\u00e4hrliche Stufe erreicht.
