However, static electricity can cause many problems during the printing process, especially with digital inkjet printing, such as printing errors. Problems that can occur include dust attraction, poor (blurry, fuzzy) print results, or dirty printheads (resulting in shorter production runs). Machine stoppages can even occur. Bubbles of ionized air are produced using flat ionization nozzles or... <a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/en\/product\/performax-iq-easy-mit-luftmesser\/\">Ionization rod with air knife<\/a> This helps with singulation, ensuring that individual sheets are always fed in and nothing gets blocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During transport, the material is treated with ionized air \u2013 for example, with the <a href=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/en\/product\/ep-sh-n-ionenspruehstab-mit-typhoon\/\">Typhoon system<\/a> or cleaned with a (rotating) brush in combination with an antistatic rod.
