Dies geschieht, um eine optimale Qualit\u00e4t zu erhalten. Staubpartikel, die nicht entfernt werden, k\u00f6nnen in Farb- und Lackschichten eingeschlossen werden und somit zu Qualit\u00e4ts- und Effizienzverlusten f\u00fchren. Das Entfernen von Staubpartikeln mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Mitteln wie Abwischen mit einem Tuch oder Abblasen mit Druckluft ist nicht immer ausreichend. Insbesondere Kunststoffe neigen zur elektrostatischen Aufladung und das Reiben erh\u00f6ht die Ladung. Aus diesem Grund ist es wichtig, die statischen Aufladungen zu beseitigen und damit die Anziehung von Staubpartikeln auf die zu lackierende Oberfl\u00e4che zu beseitigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simco-ion.de\/produkte\/elektrostatik-entladen\/ionenspruehpistolen\/cleanflex-easy\">Ionenspr\u00fchpistole von Simco-Ion<\/a> erf\u00fcllt hier beide Aufgaben: Entladung und Reinigung. Simco-Ion empfiehlt daher, vor dem Spr\u00fchlackieren einer Oberfl\u00e4che immer eine Ionenspr\u00fchpistole zu verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Warum ionisierte Luft und nicht nur Druckluft verwenden?<\/strong><br>Das Entfernen von Staubpartikeln von einer Oberfl\u00e4che mit Druckluft ohne ionisierende Luft ist sehr ineffektiv. Druckluft verursacht &#8211; genau wie das Abwischen der Oberfl\u00e4che mit einem trockenen Tuch &#8211; eine neue statische Aufladung, die die Anziehungskraft von Staubpartikeln erh\u00f6ht. Es wird viel mehr Luft und Druck ben\u00f6tigt, um die Staubpartikel zu bewegen. Wenn der Staubpartikel dem Luftstrom entweicht, wird er au\u00dferdem leicht von der Oberfl\u00e4che zur\u00fcckgezogen. Danach gibt es kaum noch eine Anziehungskraft zwischen der Oberfl\u00e4che und den Staubpartikeln. Die Staubpartikel werden von der Luft getragen und effektiv von der Oberfl\u00e4che entfernt.
