Sprechen Sie uns an, wir stellen hier nur einen Bruchteil der m\u00f6glichen L\u00f6sungen vor und analysieren gerne gemeinsam mit Ihnen Ihre individuelle Druckluft-Situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anwendungsfall 1: K\u00fchlsubstrate w\u00e4hrend der Plasma-Spr\u00fchbeschichtung &#8211; Wirbelrohr<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DER FALL:<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend eines Spr\u00fchbeschichtungs-Prozesses mit Plasma machen Substrate oft bis zu 300 Durchg\u00e4nge erforderlich, wobei sie Abscheidetemperaturen von 480-3000\u00b0C ausgesetzt sind. Unter derartigen Bedingungen kann es zur \u00dcberhitzung des Substrats kommen, was zu thermisch induzierten Beanspruchungsgef\u00e4llen, Abplatzen der Beschichtung, zu starker Dehnung, Oxidierung und gelegentlich zur Deformation von Teilen kommt. Bei den exzessiv hohen Temperaturen, destruktive thermische Zersetzungen werden vermieden und die Spr\u00fchbeschichtungen sind von gleichbleibender Qualit\u00e4t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: <\/strong>Wirbelrohre werden in verschiedenen Kombinationen an Hunderten von Labor- und Prototyp-Systemen eingesetzt. Die Kaltluftpistole liefert sofort K\u00fchlluft in jede Handschuhtasche, wodurch die H\u00e4nde des Arbeitnehmers den ganzen Tag \u00fcber k\u00fchl gehalten werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Produktion hat sich um 40% erh\u00f6ht, weil die Arbeitnehmer weniger Pausen ben\u00f6tigten. Kaltluft ist eine einfache, kosteng\u00fcnstige L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das in der Industrie weit verbreitete Problem der \u00dcberhitzung. Dank seines Magnetunterteils m\u00fchelos einzubauen, sorgt der in der Kaltluftpistole eingebaute Ger\u00e4uschd\u00e4mpfer f\u00fcr eine ruhigere Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re.
