Sprechen Sie uns an, wir stellen hier nur einen Bruchteil der m\u00f6glichen L\u00f6sungen vor und analysieren gerne gemeinsam mit Ihnen Ihre individuelle Druckluft-Situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anwendungsfall 1: Das K\u00fchlen von Versiegelungsst\u00e4ben bei Verpackungsmaschinen &#8211; Wirbelrohr<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DER FALL:<\/strong> Eine automatische Verpackungsmaschine zum Formen, Bef\u00fcllen und Verschlie\u00dfen verpackt eine Vielzahl an Produkten mit hoher Geschwindigkeit. Der 315\u00b0C hei\u00dfe stumpfkantige Schneid- und Versiegelungsstab der Maschine versiegelt und trennt die Kunststofffolie mit hoher Geschwindigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Versiegelungsstab und Klemm-Metallschutz senken ab und dr\u00fccken die Poly\u00e4thilenfolie auf ein Gummikissen. Der Metallschutz kommt zuerst mit der Folie in Kontakt, h\u00e4lt die Folie spannungsfrei und der Schneid- und Versiegelungsstab dr\u00fcckt auf die Folie, versiegelt und trennt die beiden Bahnen. Die Temperaturen des Klemm-Metallschutzes d\u00fcrfen 65\u00b0C nicht \u00fcberschreiten, andernfalls f\u00fchren sie zu einer fehlerhaften Verpackung bzw. einer Fehlverpackung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/VORTEC-Druckluft-Anwendung-Produktion-Beispiele-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1173\" width=\"666\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/VORTEC-Druckluft-Anwendung-Produktion-Beispiele-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/VORTEC-Druckluft-Anwendung-Produktion-Beispiele-600x338.jpg 600w, https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/VORTEC-Druckluft-Anwendung-Produktion-Beispiele-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/VORTEC-Druckluft-Anwendung-Produktion-Beispiele-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rhdgmbh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/VORTEC-Druckluft-Anwendung-Produktion-Beispiele.jpg 1072w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 666px) 100vw, 666px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u00d6SUNG:<\/strong> Ein Wirbelrohr des Typs 106 leitet gek\u00fchlte Luft durch ein 3mm Stahlrohr, das entlang eines jeden Metallschutzes gef\u00fchrt wird und h\u00e4lt somit die Temperaturen des Metallschutzes unter 65\u00b0C. Die Entfeuchtung der Gasproben wird unter Verwendung eines kleinen W\u00e4rmetauschers durchgef\u00fchrt, der von einem Wirbelrohr mit einem Kaltluftstrahl versehen wird. Die Probe wird senkrecht durch ein gek\u00fchltes Rohr nach oben gef\u00fchrt, und die Feuchtigkeit verdampft an der Rohr-Innenseite. Es bilden sich Tropfen, die in einen Sammelplatz unterhalb des Rohrs fallen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die sehr geringen Anforderungen an Durchlauf und K\u00fchlung dieses Anwendungsbereiches sind dem Transvektor-Strahlger\u00e4t und dem Wirbelrohr vom Typ 106 angepasst.
